GIOEL presents ’LONELY TOWN’ Italian and English Covers of English Hits

‘LONLEY TOWN’ introduces to the British public their most famous hits, which were translated and reproduced in Italy in the 60s.
Well known songs performed in Italian and also in English, make the show very interesting and fun…!

GiOeL: is an acronym of the Italian songwriter/singer GIOvannardi ELeonora. Songwriter.

GIOEL is an emerging Italian songwriter and singer and has worked in Italy with some of the best Italian musicians. She has a particular voice “printed” by grit and passion for singing combined with the explosive capacity of communication with the public

In London, GiOel together with guitarist Fabio Crociati and pianist Samuele Rossini, have started a new project: ‘LONELY TOWN’.

She is supporting Cittadinanza (cittadinanza.org) and MAES Therapy (maestherapy.com) through Easy Dragons Charity (easydragons.com).

MAES Therapy is a specialised treatment for children with Cerebral Palsy and movement and coordination difficulties. It aims to help children with neuro-developmental movement disorders achieve their maximum potential by provide the highest quality specialist physical therapy.
Cittadinanza is a charity that develops and supports psychiatric rehabilitation and psychosocial projects in low income countries and regions including India, Panama, Albania, Africa.

All proceeds will be given to the above charities.

PURPOSE
We would like to create an event able to attract a large audience in order to reach our main goal: raise as much funding as possible to help M.A.E.S Therapy and therefore to improve the daily life of many children with Cerebral Palsy and similar neurological conditions.
Furthermore, we would like to help Cittadinanza Onlus who has a daily centre in India in Vellore for 30 children with physical and mental problems.
