More Than A ‘One-Size-Fits-All’ Approach

Our treatment services are for those parents who want more than the standard ‘one size fits all’ approach for their child and are seeking a different way forward.

We work with families to provide sessions which are based on your child’s specific needs.

Individual Approach

We understand that each individual presentation of a movement disorder, ranging from mild motor delay to cerebral palsy, is different and needs an individualised approach.

We provide expert high quality and personalised treatment sessions for babies, toddlers, school age children and teenagers with movement and coordination difficulties. From our extensive experience, we understand that the way a child moves is not only the result of his/her medical condition, but also the result of the experience of movement he/she has had so far.

More Than Just Exercises

Much more can be done than just exercises, ‘maintenance work’ and ‘managing’ symptoms such as poor balance, reduced core strength, hypotonia,  …. hypertonia.

Our dynamic and creative approach provides individualised treatment strategies to address your specific concerns regarding improving your child’s coordination of fine motor and gross motor skills on a short and long-term basis.

Early Intervention

Early intervention is extremely important, but also consider that it’s never too late to start! (See list of Symptoms and Conditions)

At MAES Therapy, we have a particular insight and unique approach to coordination, cerebral palsy and movement disorders.
