Course Title:
‘Movement Analysis & Education Strategies Course for children with Cerebral Palsy and similar neurodevelopmental conditions’
This amazing course brought together a diverse group of experienced paediatric therapists from NHS Trusts, private practice across the UK, and colleagues from the USA.
Therapists came away with a much deeper understanding of children with Cerebral Palsy and similar neurodevelopmental conditions. They developed new ways of analysing movement, refining their clinical reasoning, and providing highly specific, individualised treatment strategies for each child.
Importantly, therapists also discovered how to engage parents more effectively in everyday activities, ensuring therapy translates into meaningful progress at home.
Parents of the children who took part in the Practical Sessions expressed highly positive feedback, noting visible improvements in their children’s abilities within just a short time.
