Rozália Apró, Paediatric Physiotherapist, gave a Presentation about M.A.E.S. Therapy to Connecting Therapies Conference
Rozi is a key member of MAES Team Hungary & Romania and has assisted Jean-Pierre MAES during a number of courses.
The presentation about M.A.E.S. Therapy was very well received and during the following round table discussion, the Moderator focused on the therapist-parent relationship, what is the role of parent in therapy process, what are our solutions if we are stuck with our cases, cooperation with other therapists working with same methods…. all these questions were so optimal for Rozi and for the MAES Concept. Rozi talked a lot and had a big advantage compared to other therapists or methods.
This was the inaugural conference and during the opening welcome,…the Mayor of Satu Mare Town and the Head of Boldog Scheffer János Center stand in front of M.A.E.S. Therapy, as Rozi prepares to present as the first speaker – good publicity for MAES !

În ultimele decenii au apărut nenumărate metode și tendințe noi în domeniul abilitării și reabilitării copiilor, fapt pentru care noi, specialiștii, putem lucra eficient, doar dacă suntem la curent cu cele mai noi informații din domeniu.
Obiectivul principal al “Connecting Therapies – Conferința Internațională a Metodelor Regionale de Abilitare și Reabilitare a Copiilor” este de a apropia profesiile conexe, respectiv specialiștii care își exercită activitatea în domenii înrudite pentru ca, mai apoi, să poată oferi părinților sfaturi terapeutice adecvate pentru fiecare copil în parte.
Toate metodele și direcțiile terapeutice au, în sine, și efecte de abilitare, însă dacă știm că nu toate funcționează cu aceeași eficiență la fiecare copil, este de datoria noastră profesională și etică, să îndrumăm copilul în cauză la un alt specialist, deoarece scopul nostru principal este găsirea unei metode de dezvoltare individuală personalizată. Pentru a duce la bun sfârșit acest obiectiv, este esențială o cunoaștere de ansamblu permanentă a noutăților și posibilităților apărute în domeniile conexe.
În perioada 23-24 noiembrie, la Casa Meșteșugarilor, sunt așteptați toți specialiștii și părinții doritori de cunoaștere, la un eveniment inovativ al cărui scop este prezentarea noilor metode de abilitare și reabilitare a copiilor, terapii accesibile în județele Satu Mare, Maramureș, Bihor, Sălaj și Cluj. Pe durata celor două zile, specialiști din țară și străinătate vor prezenta celor interesați 12 metode și direcții noi apărute în domeniu. Fiecare discurs va fi însoțit de o masă rotundă coordonată de un moderator.

In the last decades, there have been many new methods and trends in the field of empowerment and rehabilitation of children, which is why we, the specialists, can work efficiently only if we are aware of the latest information in the field.
The main objective of the “Connecting Therapies – International Conference on Regional Methods of Child Ability and Rehabilitation” is to bring the related professions and specialists to work in related fields so that they can then provide parents with appropriate therapeutic advice for each child in part.
All methods and therapeutic directions have in themselves effects of empowerment, but if we know that not all work with the same effectiveness in every child, it is our professional and ethical duty to guide the child concerned to another specialist because our goal the main thing is finding a personalized individual development method. In order to accomplish this goal, it is essential to have a permanent overview of the novelties and opportunities in the related fields. On November 23-24 at the Craftsmen ‘s House, all specialists and parents interested in knowledge attended an innovative event whose aim is to present new methods of child empowerment and rehabilitation, accessible therapies in the counties of Satu Mare, Maramures, Bihor, Salaj and Cluj, Romania. During the two days, specialists in the country and abroad will present to those interested 12 new methods and directions emerged in the field. Each speech was followed by a round table coordinated by a moderator.
